Do you work on custom one-off projects?

Is there a contract I need to sign?

How many sites can you work with on a single plan?

The standard plan supports one site while the pro plan supports two. If you want to cover multiple sites you’ll need to purchase multiple plans. We do offer bulk pricing. Please contact us for more info.

Do you offer agency white-label services?

You are free to purchase one of our plans and resell it to your clients. For agencies and resellers, we offer a discount each month if you sign up 5 or more sites. Contact us for more information.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Due to the nature of our work and the commitment involved in getting your project up and running, we do not offer money-back guarantees. If you should become dissatisfied with our work you are free to cancel at any time. However if any of our code produces bugs, we will fix it at no additional charge for up to 30 days.

Do you work with Shopify?

As of now, our core focus and expertise is WordPress and WooCommerce. We can work with you to migrate from Shopify to WooCommerce, but we do not work on Shopify specific projects.
